Pewaukee board accepts stipulation reducing one assessment, then adjourns

Near the end of the session the City of Pewaukee assessor read a signed stipulation that amended the 2025 assessment for the Rhodes property at West 223 North 2277 Meadowood Lane (tax key 0916-127). The record shows the initial assessment was listed at $535,500 and an amended assessment figure was entered in the stipulation; the board accepted the stipulated change by voice/roll call.
