Senator Barry Usher introduced Senate Joint Resolution 10 to recognize the 50th anniversary of the National Conference of State Legislatures (NCSL). Usher said NCSL provides training and research support for legislators and staff and highlighted Montana members and staff who have served in NCSL leadership. "It's a great organization," he said, noting the group's role in professional development and interstate information sharing.
