Utility staff asked the council to endorse a draft letter of support for a Wisconsin Rural Water Association (WRWA) grant application intended to develop a training program and "water college" to train operators for small water systems. Staff described WRWA as a longtime membership organization that provides training and support; council moved and seconded a motion to support the grant application and approved it.
