Augusta Klimick, Assistant Director for Administration at the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation, told the Joint Technology Committee the division contracted with MTX Group in June 2024 to build a Salesforce‑based case‑management system and has progressed through discovery, data mapping and multiple migration builds.
