Joshua Martinez introduced the new Pueblo Means Business ambassador program at the advisory committee’s Sept. 4 meeting, saying ambassadors will serve as named contacts for applicants and help shepherd projects through the county’s ZABP (zoning authorization for building permit) and related workflows. “My name is Joshua Martinez, and I'll be your fellow it means business ambassador,” Martinez told the group, describing an outreach message that gives applicants a direct email and phone contact.
