Planning Commission approves cleanup rezoning of residual R3G parcels to R3
The Hastings Planning Commission voted 7-0 on June 17 to rezone scattered parcels still labeled R3G (garden-apartment) into the R3 multiple-family residential district after staff said the R3G district was repealed in 2009 and the change brings zoning into conformance with the comprehensive plan.
