Committee advances amendment to add certain kratom alkaloids to Schedule 3

An unidentified committee speaker (S1) said a bill returned from JUDD had been amended in "senate bill 23 55" to add language at line 257 requiring that kratom alkaloids present in excess of 1% of the plant's total alkaloid composition be moved to Schedule 3.
