Pat Berg, Department of Drug and Alcohol Prevention and Treatment, said the program is long‑term, male‑only and high‑need.
After returning items from the table, commissioners approved Amendment No. 5 to the Children’s Justice Center contract. They also adopted a resolution appointing Robert Moore to the board of directors for the Provo City‑Utah County Ice Sheet Authority.
All consent votes were recorded voice votes of 3–0.
