Eagan City Council certifies November election results

She said the city’s home-repair and other programs that rely on AMI thresholds must prioritize households at 80% area median income, a statutory requirement tied to the funding source.
After a motion to certify and a second, the council called for the voice vote and certified the results. The clerk circulated the certification for signatures as part of the official canvass process.
The council’s action was procedural; there were no recorded roll-call tallies attached to the certification beyond the unanimous voice vote. The certification concluded the canvass portion of the special meeting.
