Planning staff presented a package of proposed amendments to the comprehensive plan, future land‑use map and development code intended to implement the Central Tallmadge Plan. Staff characterized many edits as technical and clarifying but said some regulatory map changes would alter zoning designations from medium‑density residential to pedestrian‑friendly commercial or high‑density residential in specific small areas identified in the packet.
