Staff said these materials are being brought before the commission for initial review and that, if commissioners are comfortable, the city will likely schedule a public hearing on the amendments on Dec. 2. Commissioners discussed whether to bundle all edits together or separate map updates and text cleanups; several commissioners supported doing the work in a single, comprehensive update because the changes are intertwined.
