The committee heard a preliminary presentation of the Pagels planned unit development at its Oct. 14 meeting. The proposal calls for single‑family lots, 24 condominium/townhome units and approximately 64 multifamily apartments, with a stormwater pond and a trail extension of the Sand Acres Trail through the site.
