The East Lansing Planning Commission opened a noticed public hearing on Sept. 24, 2025, for a Graduate Hotel request to modify an approved site plan at 133 Evergreen Avenue to add five valet parking spaces, but staff reported the applicant had withdrawn the application. Planning staff said the hotel plans to discuss parking with the Transportation Commission and may return with the same or a similar proposal at a later date.
