The Texas Funeral Service Commission voted to direct staff to remove an expanded moratorium put in place by Scott Bingaman from the commission’s website. Commissioner Brown moved the directive and Vice chair Skopanski seconded the motion; the chair announced the motion passed after an affirmative vote.
