Ranch Heights project on schedule; elevator pit and connector foundation progressing
Superintendent reported Ranch Heights construction is on schedule and within the GMP: safe-room classrooms and MEP work are underway, the north connector foundation has been poured, the elevator pit is dug and the overall project is expected to be complete in July with move-in at the end of the school year.

The superintendent told the board that construction at Ranch Heights is progressing on schedule and within the guaranteed maximum price. He said classrooms for the safe-room portion are framed, mechanical, electrical and plumbing work is ongoing, the north connector foundation has been poured and slab work is scheduled, and the elevator pit foundations have been started.
