The council approved Resolution 6, series 2025, as amended, by unanimous voice and recorded roll call, and postponed final action on Ordinance 655, series 2025 (a budget amendment affecting the general fund, municipal road aid and capital projects fund) for consideration at the next regular meeting. Council members made and seconded the motions to move the items forward during the special meeting at Prospect City Hall.
