Speaker 2 moved to approve a master development plan, the plat and the replat, saying, "I motion to approve the, approve master development Okay. Plan plot. The replat." Speaker 1 asked for a second and Speaker 2 said, "I second." Speaker 1 then called for a voice vote: "All those in favor, say aye." After multiple "Aye" responses, Speaker 1 stated, "And it seems that the ayes have it unanimously," and declared the motion approved.
