Senate introduces nine bills and a constitutional amendment at special session

The clerk introduced Senate Concurrent Resolution 1 by Senators Belton B. and Frizzell and Representatives Gonzales and Garcia Sander. The resolution would submit a proposed amendment to the Colorado Constitution to require voter approval in advance for any addition to the definition of federal taxable income for purposes of calculating state taxable income.
The clerk then read Senate bills 1 through 9 with brief descriptions:
