Senate introduces nine bills and a constitutional amendment at special session
On Aug. 6, 2025 the Colorado Senate introduced Senate Concurrent Resolution 1 and Senate bills 1–9; topics range from a proposed constitutional amendment on state taxation to algorithmic transparency, healthy school meals, and changes to income tax credits and Medicaid reimbursement rules.
