Speaker 1 said, "We had, 3 interviews on Wednesday," then later referenced four applicants and said, "I think we had 4 very good applicants." Speaker 1 then moved to make an offer to a preferred candidate: "I make a motion to, I guess, make an offer to Gary Wood." The name later appears in the transcript as "Gary Woods," indicating inconsistent spelling within the record.
