The committee agreed May 28 to hold item 25-0438 — a resolution approving the final plat for Mason Subdivision on vacant city-owned land at 1127 and 1129 Thomas Street — for two weeks after a 3rd Ward alderman asked for additional time to consult with the mayor about the property's direction. Chair Mike Seville said the hold was requested as a courtesy; staff and committee members agreed the property is city-owned and that a short delay was acceptable.
