Presiding officials and building staff told the court the annex front vestibule doors are not ADA compliant and have recurring security problems: existing swinging doors yield only about 27 inches of clear opening per leaf, gaps allow doors to be pulled open, and a drop ceiling above the vestibule will likely need modification for any automated opener installation.
