The Twin Rivers Unified School District board on Wednesday declined to commit $11,000,000 in restricted capital-outlay funds to a proposed workforce-housing project. The proposed resolution (No. 1431) would have dedicated Fund 40 dollars — a reserve restricted to facility projects — to advance design and feasibility for an employee-rental development at 1251 Chuckwagon Avenue.
