Commissioners request briefing on first major project under new county code

Staff emphasized the county’s process has changed with the new code and that this is the county’s first major project under the new rules in more than 25 years.
The briefings will be scheduled separately; commissioners asked for both a general process overview and the option for one-to-one briefings prior to any formal hearing or decision.
