The board authorized a $2,828.69 settlement in Cerneic v. Stables, approved participation in the nationwide Sandoz MDL opioid settlement, and voted to pursue Purdue Pharma bankruptcy claims; DocuSign signature routing was authorized to meet month-end filing deadlines.
