The Van Buren County auditor presented a proposed amendment related to ARPA-funded projects and recommended setting a public hearing to consider the changes. Staff told the board that fiscal-year end left approximately $40,346 in ARPA carryover and that canceling one warrant ($3,800) would help replenish funds to finish four unfinished projects; the auditor asked for an additional $5,000 from the general fund to complete two remaining projects (SEG 722–736, SEG 885–895).
