Planning commission continues Transit‑Supportive Development Overlay hearings after robust public debate
Following lengthy public comment and internal discussion, the commission continued hearings on the Transit‑Supportive Development Overlay (TISDO) to Oct. 6 to allow more public input and further work on uses, setbacks, heights and hours of operation. Staff split the proposal into two ordinances (residential dimensions and mixed‑use rules) and proposed heights linked to street classification.
