Commission forwards UDC amendment changing where dwellings above ground floor are allowed
Staff proposed amendments to the Unified Development Code that would remove 'dwelling above the ground floor' as a by-right use in C1–C3, make it a special use in C4–C5, and keep it allowed in CD and CG; the commission favorably recommended ZTA 18 89-2025 to BOMA.
