County extends Credible Mind contract as commissioners press for usage analytics

The Franklin County Board of Commissioners on June 10 approved Resolution 44725, extending a service agreement with Credible Mind, a digital behavioral-health platform that connects residents to evidence-based resources.
Job and Family Services staff member Bart Logan told commissioners that since the platform’s launch roughly 44,000 residents have used Credible Mind and nearly 24,000 completed interactive assessments; staff said the platform covers about 188 topics with the most-used resources on depression, cognitive behavioral therapy and stress. Logan said the contract extension is the first of two optional one-year renewals and that the agreement would support the county’s Rise Together blueprint goals related to health.
Commissioners discussed tracking analytics to understand which topics residents access most and how usage data could shape county outreach and resource allocation. Commissioner comments referenced a recent county 'empowerment summit' and asked staff to provide analytics details and consider targeted outreach for maternal mental health and other high-use topics. Staff said they would provide the analytics sheet and follow up by email.
Resolution 44725 was adopted. Commissioners said the platform will remain available to all Franklin County residents and staff emphasized monitoring the data to inform future program decisions.
