Alice council approves rezoning at 1850 S. Johnson, insurance contract, interlocal 911 agreement and golf‑cart lease
At its Aug. 19 meeting, the Alice City Council approved an ordinance rezoning 1850 South Johnson Street to allow manufactured/mobile homes, authorized an insurance consulting agreement with BKCW, entered an interlocal 911 services contract with Coastal Bend COG, and approved a four‑year lease for 40 Club Car electric golf carts.
