County staff updated commissioners on ongoing courthouse restoration work and requested approval for additional contract items. The administrator said third‑floor window restoration was priced at $53,000, lift rental for exterior access at $5,629, bell‑tower heritage restoration at $23,695, trim work adjustments at $5,262 and louver/protective work at $13,000 — totaling $101,025 in additional items and bringing the overall second‑phase project price to $299,698.
