Council accepts Circle Advisory Committee plan, limits monuments and proposes code changes
The council accepted the Circle Advisory Committee’s recommendations to place two monuments on the circle (Patrolman Chad Spicer and Chief Harvey Gregg), to allow only four memorial types, and to pursue crash-protection bollards; related code changes were proposed and approved by roll call.
