Moorhead police liaison introduced to Human Rights Commission

Assistant Chief Bill Alfeldt told the Moorhead Human Rights Commission he will serve as the police department’s liaison to the commission. Alfeldt said he retired from the Fargo Police Department after 23½ years, where he served as criminal investigations division commander and helped found a community engagement team. He said he looks forward to learning how Moorhead HRC meetings operate and to supporting the commission’s work.
