Neptune Beach council adopts tentative millage and budget, approves development permits and personnel agreements

No members of the public spoke during the millage hearing; council stated the rate has been consistent with prior years. The council also approved Ordinance 2025-13 on first reading to adopt the proposed budget for the fiscal year beginning Oct. 1, 2025.
