Twin Rivers board accepts $210,000 bid for Rio Linda Transportation Yard
The Twin Rivers Unified Board voted to accept a $210,000 oral bid from Tabish Anwar (Barak Inc) for the district's surplus Rio Linda Transportation Yard; staff said the appraisal was $125,000 and the bidder must submit bid security by 12/13/2024.

The Twin Rivers Unified Board of Trustees voted to award the sale of surplus property at 6619 and 6633 Sixth Avenue (the Rio Linda Transportation Yard) to an apparent high oral bidder for $210,000. Trustee Baker moved to accept the recommendation and Trustee Bastian seconded; the motion carried on roll call.
