Southwest Ranches council approves first‑reading ordinances, hires code enforcement contractor and sets work plan on right‑of‑way policy

At its year‑end meeting, the Town Council of Southwest Ranches swore in Councilmember Jim Albritton, approved multiple first‑reading ordinances (capital improvements, public camping prohibition, noise amendments, canine space rule), authorized contracts and a drainage purchase order, and launched an 18‑month study on road rights‑of‑way while allowing individual maintenance agreements to proceed.
