Clean Power SF reports low opt‑out rate, readies procurement plan for November service

SFPUC staff reported Clean Power SF serves roughly 7,900 customer locations with an opt‑out rate of 1.3%, 3% participation in a Super Green product, and 471 pre‑enrollments (339 for Super Green). Staff said it may seek authority to exceed a 50 MW average demand cap if affordable supply is available and will return July 26 with recommended procurement actions.
