Executive Director Avi Yant and enterprise systems manager Marina Coleridge told the Health Service Board on March 8 about a year-long project to implement a split-carrier benefit design in PeopleSoft that allows family members to be assigned to different carriers. Marina said the system change required adding plan types, coverage codes, interface modifications and creating two subscriber records when needed.
