The approved procedures include a standing "commission matters" item for members to propose agenda items, and a rarely used Brown Act mechanism allowing a majority of commissioners to request and convene a special meeting if the chair declines to calendar an item. Roll call recorded unanimous approval with each commissioner responding "Aye."
