The Commission on Community Investment and Infrastructure on Jan. 18 authorized the executive director to acknowledge a nonbinding operations term sheet between the Transbay Joint Powers Authority (TJPA), the East Cut Community Benefit District (CBD) and OCII for the development and operation of the Under‑Ramp Park in the Transbay redevelopment area.
