Committee backs amendment to Dogpatch, Northwest Potrero Hill Green Benefit District plan
The Government Audit & Oversight Committee voted to amend the Dogpatch and Northwest Potrero Hill Green Benefit District management plan to merge maintenance and capital categories, saying the change gives the district more flexibility without raising assessments; the committee recommended the amended resolution to the full Board.
