Committee convenes closed session and recommends settlements to Board
The committee met in closed session on a litigation agenda (items 4–18) and, upon return to open session, the clerk reported unanimous committee recommendation of those items to the Board of Supervisors for consideration on Jan. 28; the committee also moved not to disclose closed-session proceedings.
