Committee backs ordinance to require conditional-use authorizations for parcel‑delivery facilities

The Land Use and Transportation Committee recommended sending an ordinance to the full Board that would require conditional‑use authorization for parcel delivery service facilities and add impact criteria (including proximity to schools and effects of AI/autonomy) to zoning reviews; the motion passed 3–0 and will be considered by the Board on 05/21/2024.
