Finance Committee approves emergency contracts, solar interconnection and fiscal resolutions; TDR proposal continued

The Budget & Finance Committee approved multiple items without opposition, including a $225,000 emergency procurement for a PUC gas monitoring system, a PG&E interconnection for a 165 kW solar project, an amendment to add two project manager positions for Rec & Park, acknowledgement of a Clean Harbors cleanup invoice of $871,925 related to Asiana Flight 214, acceptance of a roughly $688,000 UASI grant, and the annual appropriation limit; the War Memorial TDR proposal was continued for further review.
