San Francisco committee continues Planning Code amendment on urban mixed-use ground-floor offices

The Land Use and Transportation Committee continued an ordinance that would restrict ground-floor office uses in the urban mixed-use district, allowing certain client-facing professional, financial and medical services as conditional uses, to the call of the chair after a unanimous roll-call vote. No public comment was received.
