Rules Committee selects four members for Reentry Council after extensive applicant hearings
After hearing 36 applicants, the Rules Committee voted to forward Yolanda Morissette (seat 1), Michael Brown (seat 2), Oscar Salinas (seat 3) and Jabari Jackson (seat 4) to the full Board for appointment to the Reentry Council with positive recommendations.
