The Clerk of the Board, Angela Calvillo, told the Budget & Finance Committee she would begin a competitive process to select the Board’s budget analyst services in advance of the current contract’s expiration on Dec. 31, 2009. Calvillo described Prop J cost certification and presented a draft timeline intended to complete the RFP by late June and identify a preferred vendor by early September.
