Committee forwards Clipper Cove anchorage rules and penalties update for Treasure Island
The Rules Committee advanced amendments to Police Code Section 1.1 to allow many Clipper Cove violations to be handled as infractions with escalating fines, retain misdemeanor treatment for unauthorized salvage, and permit administrative citations by TIDA; the Police Department concurred.

The Rules Committee on Dec. 6 voted to forward proposed amendments to San Francisco Police Code Section 1.1 that govern Clipper Cove, the anchorage area between Treasure Island and Yerba Buena Island.
