At the end of the public portion of the Feb. 3 meeting, the Rules Committee moved items 4 through 8 — described by staff as matters involving existing litigation — into closed session.
Deputy City Attorney Cheryl Adams (identified in the record during closed-session preparatory remarks) confirmed a technical amendment to the language for one item (changing "settlement agreement" to "stipulation for entry of judgment") and the committee moved items 4–8 to the full Board with recommendation as committee reports before entering closed session.
Chair Kim closed the public portion of the meeting and SF GovTV paused live coverage while the committee considered the litigation items in closed session.
