Delta County approves change to planning commission representation
Following a public hearing, the board adopted an ordinance amending the planning commission so that one county commissioner and one Delta County Township Association member serve on the commission; proponents said the change improves geographic representation.

The Delta County Board of Commissioners adopted an amendment to its planning commission ordinance to reduce the number of county commissioners on the planning commission from two to one and to allow the open seat to be filled by a representative of the Delta County Township Association.
